HMG (INN menotropins) is a urinary-derived gonadotropin standardised by bioassay, so dosed in IU rather than mg. Per the label its FSH activity is of postmenopausal urinary origin, and hCG may be added to supply the stated LH activity; FSH is the spermatogenesis arm hCG alone leaves unaddressed. Drawing to a syringe's 75 mark gives about 56 IU: the full 100 marks in 1 mL are 75 IU.
