Mazdutide is a GLP-1/glucagon (oxyntomodulin analog) dual agonist developed by Innovent and Lilly, and the first of its class to gain approval, in China in 2025. Phase 2 data showed around 11% weight loss at 6 mg over 24 weeks; human evidence outside the approving jurisdiction remains limited to trial data. It is very frequently sold by research vendors, and the FDA has issued warning letters to US sellers.
