Pemvidutide is a once-weekly GLP-1/glucagon dual agonist from Altimmune, studied for obesity (MOMENTUM trial, 2.4 mg over 48 weeks) and MASH (IMPACT trial, 1.2-1.8 mg). The trial data are real but still investigational, with no approval and a narrower dataset than the leading dual agonists. It is a commonly sold research peptide.
